OUR REQUIREMENTS:

1. APPLICATION:

filling in the application form provided during viewing or by email

2. REFERENCING: 

checking your identity, immigration status and, if applicable, visa for Right to Rent purposes,

obtaining references from previous or current employer and landlord

3. FINANCIAL CHECK: 

assessing affordability through the credit checks

last 3 months bank statement

4. CHARGES:

Changes to the existing tenancy contract, if requested by the tenant, are charged £50.

Tenant will be charged the cost for the replacement of keys, fobs, security devices or associated items which have been lost, damaged or broken.
